About the role

You will join as a Business Analyst in the technology team which is a cross-functional team that supports all aspects of the business in regards to technology implementation. You will work closely with teams across the business assisting with systemising and implementing improved business and technology solutions. The business analyst will also have responsibilities with ongoing IT management, support and troubleshooting and will be proficient in general IT.

Skills and experience

You will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and will have demonstrated
the ability to collaborate within a group or team environment.

  • Experience in the following will be looked upon favourably
  • Ability to clearly define and articulate business requirements
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Strong computer and IT skills
  • Confidence in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be cross-functional and work with both business and technically sophisticated teams on a daily basis
  • Ability to coherently construct and present business requirements and solution based on input from various sources
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills
